Workshops and Courses on Meditation, Mindful Living, Personal Development and Creating the Life You Would Like to Live will be run during 2017. The following provides information on workshops and courses currently scheduled.

 

Mindful Living and Meditation Group

The Group meets fortnightly on a Monday night starting from 4 September 2017.

The aim is to learn and practice mindfulness and meditation with a like-minded group of people.  Participants are encouraged to contribute their own ideas and experiences to the group. The focus will be on incorporating mindfulness and meditation into everyday life.

 

The cost will be $20. Tea and coffee and light refreshments are included.
