The following is a brief look at some of the workshops already held in 2017.
Mindful Living and Meditation Group
This discussion and support group met regularly during 2017 in various locations across Melbourne's North and North Eastern suburbs. The group learnt about mindfulness, what it is and and how to incorporate it into everyday life to be happier, reduce stress and increase relaxation. The best part was how everyone participated enthusiastically and supported each other. This group continues to meet fortnightly in Warrandyte.
Create The life You Love Workshop
This workshop was held in July 2017. The focus of the workshop was to learn how to manifest the life you would love to live. Participants learnt about what Quantum Physics is saying about the nature of our World and how they can use this knowledge together with mindfulness techniques to make their goals and dreams a reality.
